In a nutshell 

Your Ambassador contribution (CHF 600.-) helps to implement climate protection projects in Switzerland.  

  • As an Ambassador, you will receive our newsletter every 6-8 weeks with news about climate protection and MYBLUEPLANET. 
  • You are invited to the annual general meeting and our New Year's reception, as well as to exciting, exclusive guided tours of climate-relevant facilities or to events within the framework of our activities for climate protection. 
  • Our members are the heart of our community and also have the opportunity to volunteer and participate in several of the numerous events for free. 
  • In addition, once a year you are invited to an exclusive dinner with other Ambassador members and the President of MYBLUEPLANET.

Why become an Ambassador? 

Melting glaciers, dwindling biodiversity and increasingly frequent global climate catastrophes. Never before has climate change had such an impact on the world as in recent years. It is high time to act decisively and sustainably. This is what Daniel Lüscher, founder of MYBLUEPLANET, thought after seeing the documentary "An Inconvenient Truth" in New York. Back in Switzerland, he rounded up some friends and started an initiative of citizens who want to contribute to climate protection in their own lives.  

The resulting organization, MYBLUEPLANET, has grown steadily since its founding in 2007 and now employs more than 20 people at the office. The organization is actively supported by an ever-growing community. As an Ambassador, your contribution will enable us to remain locally anchored in the future and still be able to implement climate protection activities in all regions and corners of Switzerland.

As an Ambassador, your membership fee supports our work in Switzerland in the long term. We want to create a livable future through innovative solutions and projects and encourage as many people as possible to act in a climate-friendly way. In addition, you are a pillar of our active and helpful community and thus contribute in an inspiring way to the fight against climate change.
