Donation Policy

Below we provide information about the conditions of this donation platform.

Online donations

The donation platform is operated by soulclick.ch . The transmission of the data is encrypted. MYBLUEPLANET does not store card details. Your payment details are sent directly via a Datatrans payment gateway encrypted to a partner certified by the credit card industry (PCI DSS) certified partner. Our service providers may only use the information to perform their tasks and are obliged to comply with the Swiss data protection regulations.

Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential: MYBLUEPLANET does not trade in addresses, rent, sell or exchange personal data and complies with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).

The donation made cannot be revoked or reclaimed. You may, however, deduct your donation from your taxable income.

Recurring donations can be revoked anytime under: info@myblueplanet.ch or by phone over: +41 52 203 02 32 . A refund of donations already made is not possible.

Donors will receive a donation receipt by letter or email for the attention of the tax authorities. The donations go to MYBLUEPLANET.
